To formulate, develop and propose relevant strategies for Regulation and ensure that strategies adopted by Regulation division are progressive and innovative.
To help achieve vision and strategic objectives of Regulations.
To monitor global developments in the area of regulation to ensure that strategies adopted are benchmarked.
To plan and organize the implementation of relevant strategies that apply to all Regulation division as well as to monitor and report on the progress of
To co-ordinate and plan for the preparation of relevant reports for tabling to management and BOD.
To facilitate and supervise the preparation of the annual regulation plan and to monitor the execution of the projects on a periodic basis.
To prepare and procure the approval of management committee and BOD for annual regulatory report to be submitted to SC.
To provide operational support to other units in Regulation.
To act as secretariat of CMIEF and monitor the implementation of relevant education programs for the industry as proposed in the regulation plan.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Economics or Finance with honours from a recognised tertiary institution.
10 years experience with minimum 5 years’ experience in capital market or financial work.
Sound knowledge of the capital market.
Strong analytical & presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
