You will be responsible to:
Provide professional inbound call service to both internal and external customers
Handle internal & external customer inquiries via telephone and email
Handle complaint, troubleshoot problem and provide solution
Provide customer with product and service information
Take the customer through the sales process
Process orders, and follow up payment for cash term customer
Support internal customers on quotation and provide potential sales leads
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Assess and create prospect customer data into system
Ensure existing customer master data always up to date and maintained accurately
Quality record of all call activities according to standard operating procedures
Complete EIM activities within service level target
Ensure all assigned KPI target is meet as a team
To highlight non-SOP compliance incidents to Team Leader for corrective and preventive action

In order to succeed in this role, you must have:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal skills, good problem solving skills
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Effective listening skills
Proper phone etiquette
Ability to identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate
Positive working interpersonal skill
Knowledge of computer application and equipment
Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
Multi-tasking capabilities
Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in personal work tasks or work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures,
processes or requirements
Maintains stable performance under pressure; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and to the organization
