Provide administrative support to the team
Process sales orders and other related documents
Event organization and Marketing support
Handle reception duties and customer enquiries
Project Management of planning and organising, scheduling and delivery, installation and control of projects pertaining to Wardrobe/kitchen and residential furniture
Attend site meetings. Co-ordinate and liaise with 3rd party vendors, trade specifiers and main contractors in matters pertaining to projects / jobs
Ensure timely delivery, installation and completion of jobs pertaining to industry standards / customers’ satisfaction
SPM or Diploma Holder or its equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Min. 3 years of relevant experience especially in project/site management; those with experiences in logistics management will be an added advantage
With technical knowledge and installation of furniture preferably in Wardrobe/Kitchen
Have a eye for details
Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice.
