JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:
Degree in Law, Accounts, Corp Admin from recognized university
ICSA graduate/pursuing ICSA courses or SSM licensed
Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience
Knowledge in company secretarial practice
Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Able to work in fast paced environment to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
Attend and take minutes of meetings
Draft and prepare reports or proposal papers
Prepare and distribute meeting materials
Liaise with Group Company Secretary on statutory documents and any other secretarial matters
Knowledge and experience in preparing management accounts would be an advantage
