Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including managing and providing administration support in recruitment, payroll, training and
development,employee relations and other HR matters
Carry out HR Operational matters and ensure that employment functions, policies and procedures comply to the regulations
Assist in the administration of all personnel policies and procedures
Monitor and record absence levels in each department and provide statistical data to managers
Assist in organizing and coordinating various company events
Provide on-going support HR systems improvement projects
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): a sense of responsibility, good coordination and follow up, able to multi-task, team player and discipline, ability to work independently and cope
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
