JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create new business process.
- Inspire employee to provide input into process changes.
- Promote and motivate the implementation of new processor process changes.
- Monitor business processes and procedures.
- Present project progress.
- Provide strong leadership and management.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years experience in managing business process improvement.
- Experience in developing business requirements, implementing MES system.
- Skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Re engineering.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
