Ensure that internal guideline SOP and requirements are complied accordingly by all motor group outlets.
To set monthly vehicle insurance renewal target & incentive scheme and to ensure that all motor group branch outlets achieving monthly target.
To increase insurance income.
Monitoring and reporting on vehicle insurance renewal performance against agreed sales targets.
Ensure that all motor group outlets have sufficient of general insurance coverage.
Ensure that all insurance claims payment received.
Any other jobs that assigned by the Management from time to time.
Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, post graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in Insurance industry.
Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent business acumen with strong financial management skills, excellent in planning and organization skills.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Position shall be based at Juru, however, candidate must be willing to travel outstation branch when deem necessary.
