About Our Client:
Our Client is a leading automotive manufacturer from UK catering to a varied portfolio of industries and clients. Due to recent plant expansion plans in the region; they are committed to optimizing their current processes and ensure optimal returns across supply chain management. They are looking for an experience Customer Service Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you manage the order management team, which is responsible for order processing and execution of orders. You also manage the order adjustment team which is responsible for expediting, order additions, and order changes after initial entry of orders. You advice customers of changes to their orders and shipping information.  
Candidate Profile:
We are searching for senior level experience in Customer Service Manager with exposure dealing with automotive industry. You must have education at Degree level. You must have strong analytical skills with commercial & business acumen. You must be an effective communicator and be fluent in both written and spoken English and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal & external stakeholders.
