Key Accountabilities:
Support the implementation and operational of full HR spectrum such as employee relations, industrial relation and compensation & benefits
Implement & execute HR programs and activities
Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of HR database
Prepare and provide timely and updated manpower statistics and reports
Conducts orientation and induction program to new employees
Preparation and administration of personnel records including salary increment, confirmations, promotions, transfer, resignation and etc
Interface with the relevant departments and government body when and necessary in regards to HR related matters
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required

Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good working knowledge of HR practice
Well versed with Labor Law, Employment Act and statutory guidelines
Flexible, confident and positive disposition with good sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal & communication skills with all level of employees
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
Exposure with any HRIS system is preferable
Willing to travel
